HSP is Not a Choice

Because of its genetic nature that has been found to have expressions from when persons are just infants, behavioral expressions of the sensitivity is NOT a choice.

It is a matter of physiology. One is born to naturally process their environment with more attention and with greater depth from their innate nervous system and mental processing facilities.

Some people can be emotional bricks, others are emotional sponges.

It is simply their nature.
