HSP is Not the Same as an Introvert

30% of Highly Sensitive People are extroverts, they derive personal energy from collective groups of people. These people are still easily overly aroused, but they are the ones they have thought more of how to be safe and mitigate risks in their team and groups activities.

The remaining 70% are the introverts, that prefer finding their personal energy in ways that are low stimulation such as solitude and being only with a small number of friends and people.
