Introduction

This course is a collection of holistic treatments for depression.

Everyone is unique, so some ways that works for some, may not work for others.

That said, this is a listing of various ways that have been shown to help people in depression, so it’s a good place to start for ways to helping you start to feel again to find what works for you.

The courses purpose is to give people a general introduction to the various types of avenues that’s out there to feel better.

Always check with a doctor first though before starting anything.
